All of our items are handmade and personalized with love. Each order is created especially for you, which means slight variations in color, design placement, or size may occur — that’s what makes your order truly unique!

Because our products are personalized, we do not accept returns or exchanges, but we’re always happy to work with you if there’s an issue with your order.

2. Orders and Payments

When you make a purchase, you agree to provide accurate and complete information for billing and shipping.

  • We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order for any reason (for example, suspected fraud or incorrect information).

  • All prices listed on our site are in U.S. dollars.

  • Payment must be received before your order is processed.

3. Processing and Shipping

Each personalized order takes approximately 2 weeks to create before shipping.
All U.S. orders ship free via USPS Ground Advantage, and you’ll receive a tracking number once your package is ready to ship.

Shipping times depend entirely on the USPS carrier, and JS Pretty Cute Designs is not responsible for lost, delayed, or stolen packages once they have been handed over to USPS.

If an issue arises, customers can file a claim directly with USPS at https://www.usps.com/help/claims.htm. You can also reach out to us, and we’ll do our best to help resolve the problem. 💕

4. Cancellations and Changes

Because our products are custom-made, we can only accept order changes or cancellations within 24 hours of purchase. After that time, materials may already be in production and changes may not be possible.

5. Intellectual Property

All content on this website — including product designs, photos, logos, and text — belongs to JS Pretty Cute Designs and may not be copied, reproduced, or used without permission.

Our designs are made for personal use only and may not be resold or used commercially without written consent.
