Because of this, we don’t accept returns or exchanges on personalized items. However, your happiness matters a lot to us, so if there’s ever a problem with your order, please don’t hesitate to reach out. We’ll do our best to make it right! 💕

If there’s an issue with your order

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or there’s a mistake on our end, please contact us within 5 business days of receiving your package.
You can email us at jsprettycutedesigns@gmail.com with your order number, a short description of the issue, and a photo if possible.

We’ll review it quickly and work together on a solution — whether that means sending a replacement or fixing the issue in another way.

Cancellations & Changes

We begin creating your personalized item soon after your order is placed. If you need to make a change, please contact us within 24 hours of purchase. After that, we may not be able to adjust or cancel the order.
