Processing Time
All personalized orders are handmade and take about 2 weeks to create before shipping. This processing time allows us to design, personalize, and quality-check your order to make sure it’s as cute as can be!
If you ever need your order sooner, Processing and shipping upgrades are available at checkout for an additional cost.

We currently ship within the United States only.

All orders ship free via USPS Ground Advantage.

Once your order is ready to ship, you’ll receive a tracking number so you can follow your happy mail all the way to your doorstep.

Lost or Delayed Packages
Please note that USPS is a separate shipping service and delivery times depend entirely on the carrier. Once your package is dropped off at the post office, Js Pretty Cute Designs is not responsible for any shipping delays, lost, or stolen packages.
